/><p>陸委會副主委陳明祺今天表示，藍營縣市長當選人表態以「九二共識」拚經濟，但北京強調的「一中原則九二共識」，沒有中華民國存在空間，實屬矮化，政府的兩岸政策不會改變。</p><p>九合一選舉結束後，包括高雄市、台中市、新竹縣、苗栗縣、南投縣、雲林縣與彰化縣等藍營縣市首長當選人，均表示認同「九二共識」，並提出要設立兩岸工作小組等單位。</p><p>大陸委員會今天舉行例行記者會，陳明祺在回答相關提問時強調，中華民國台灣是主權獨立國家，立場明確也是全民共識，北京當局不斷強調「體現一個中國原則的九二共識」，「這個『一中原則』指的是什麼我們都很清楚，其中沒有中華民國存在空間，是一種矮化的作為」。</p><p>陳明祺表示，政府一向尊重一九九二年兩岸兩會會談的歷史事實，以及求同存異的共同認知，根據中華民國憲法、兩岸人民關係條例以及相關法律處理兩岸事務，政策一直沒有改變。兩岸只有坦誠溝通，才是有利雙方永續發展的途徑。</p><p>至於國民黨籍台中市長當選人盧秀燕表示，將爭取東亞青運恢復舉辦。陳明祺承諾，陸委會將全力支持，積極提供各項協助，並會協調內政部移民署提供大陸選手來台參賽的入境便利措施。</p><p>但他也提到，當初是陸方從中阻礙台中主辦權，解鈴還須繫鈴人，希望陸方勿以政治考量介入體育正常有序交流，並能積極促成選手來台，透過體育交流增進情誼。</p><br
